Just a twenty five minute on foot from the central railway station, this sunny apartment is located in ancient building which has recently been fully restored, overlooking one of the most famous landmarks in Florence, the Pitti Palace, just minutes from the Ponte Vecchio, a pleasurable stroll that takes you to the center of Florence in a short time.
This elegant apartment with two entrances, can comfortably accommodating up to nine people, on four mezzanines, an open living plan,with characteristic lofts; which give this Florence apartment great charm and character.
The 4 mezzanines, feature 2 bedrooms,three bathrooms, a small courtyard,a large fully equipped kitchen and living room; a laundry and ironing room.
The first area has a large room with 2 single beds that can be arranged as a full sized queen size bed and there's a beautiful bathroom.
On the next mezzanine,there is a single bed and windows. The second master bedroom also has 2 single beds that can become a full size Queen bed.
There's also another mezzanine with a single bed and a 2nd. bathroom.
The living room has a dining area with matching chairs, as well as some comfortable sofas, one which converts to a bed for two people.
Above the living area there is another mezzanine with a single bed.
Two of the modern bathrooms have showers, a basin,bidet and toilet. The third bathroom has a bathtub and shower.
The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a frigide, a freezer, an American coffee maker, a dishwasher.
The apartment also has a washing machine, a hair-dryer , TV (Not Sat) and DVD player.
The Piazza Pitti apartment is very close to Ponte Vecchio, in the heart of Florence; our guests can easily get the most important monuments on foot: Palazzo Pitti, Giardino di Boboli, Piazza Signoria, Santo Spirito Church, Cappella Brancacci, Museum Specola, Uffizi Gallery, the Dome, etc
There's a supermarket right in front of the apartment and many restaurants, outdoor cafes and bars line these ancient streets.

Near by there are 3 garages, the price is about 20-30 euro per day (depends how big the car is); otherwise there is a public parking at 15 euro per day:

- Car Parking Porta Romana, 12 minutes walk
- Car Parking in San Lorenzo Market,only 15 minutes walk
- Piazza Stazione car parking only 15 minutes on electric bus
