Florence Suite Picarda - Aria Di Firenze is one of seven suites, located on the ground floor of an ancient Convent in via Pergola in the centre of Florence.
This beautiful convent is only a few minutes walking distance from Florence's most famous landmarks, such as the Ponte Vecchio, Il Duomo and Piazza Santa Croce.
The area has an abundance of trattorie and cafes as well as being close to Florences outdoor markets, a tradition in this part of town.

This ancient building dates back to Renaissance times and its current owners, the Lori Family have meticulously renovated the building preserving its original architecture and enhancing the magnificent vaulted ceilings which have been beautifully handpainted throughout.
The suites have been tastefully decorated and furnished with high quality classical Florentine style furnishings and fully tiled modern bathrooms have been fitted in each suite.

Florence Suite Picarda - Aria Di Firenze comprises a queen bed, twin beds on a loft, a garden terrace which is shared with Suite Violante, a kitchenette within a custom designed cupboard, and a fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath.
Recently a collection of modern art and sculptures by local artists have been added throughout each suite and in the foyer area.
A daring move which in fact works well and compliments the elegance and granduer of the entire refurbishment; adding warmth and a welcoming touch for the guest.
