The palazzo was built in medieval times and is located to the side of the basilica Santa Croce that houses the tombs of Michelangelo, Galileo and Machiavelli and features wall frescoes by Giotto and other painters of the early Renaissance.  

The palazzo was modified in the sixteenth century and given it's painted facade and is considered a jewel of the Florentine artistic and architectural resurrection known as the Renaissance.

The location of these apartments are the perfect setting for a thorough visit to the treasures of Florence and it's surroundings.   All other major sites of the city, including the Uffizi, the Ponte Vecchio and the Cathedral are less than five minutes walking distance.

Casa Toscana is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Florence apartment located on the third floor of magnificent building in Piazza Santa Croce.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very bright.  Both bedrooms have queen size beds. 

The master bedroom and the kitchen have original wood beam ceilings.  The bed in the second bedroom may be divided to form twin size beds.

Casa Toscana has 2 bathrooms: one with tub and shower and one with shower. 

The living/dining room has a working fireplace.

The ample Tuscan eat in kitchen has a charcoal burner in addition to a gas range.

Casa Toscana may be joined with David to form a large four bedroom apartment.
