Cosimo il Vecchio is located on the second floor (without elevator) of an ancient fourteenth century building, near the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti, Boboli Gardens and Santo Spirito, in an unusually quiet area of the city centre, in the heart of one of the traditional Florentine quarters rich in handicraft shops, antique shops and typical restaurants, an excellent starting point to visit the city but also to breathe the Renaissance atmosphere.
This Florence apartment has been recently restored and particular attention has been paid to architectural details and ancient furniture.
Cosimo comprises a hall, a dining room full of light with a skylight, a well equipped kitchen, a wide lounge with a very comfortable and easy to use sofa bed, a double bedroom (can be made into two single beds upon request) and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs from the lounge there is a mezzanine with a bathroom tube full of light.
This accommodation maintains its ancient atmosphere , even after restoration, but is equipped with every modern comfort.
